Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree - BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Must have recent first-line management experience.
• 3 years of Clinical experience.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the overall management and leadership of a unit or group of patient care units within Nursing Services.
• Lead clinical and operational activities of the units in accordance with Swedish Medical Center mission, vision, and value.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care and ensure quality outcomes.
