Midland-Marvel Recruiters, LLC is seeking a Director of Surgical Services for a community hospital in Phoenix. The role directs all operating room functions, processes and staff to efficiently deliver surgical services and improve patient outcomes and financial performance.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Nursing or related field with 5+ years of nursing management experience in a hospital, plus 3+ years supervisory experience; WOCN wound care certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Management or related field, or equivalent minimum experience.
• 5+ years experience in nursing management in a hospital setting.
• 3+ years supervisory experience required.
• WOCN certification preferred for wound care
