Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in Surgical Services required (Director or strong manager).
• 3+ years of applicable Surgical Services experience required.

• The Director of Surgical Services ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the unit(s)/department(s), staffing, forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring.
• The Director fosters accountability and collaboration and supports development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.
