Job summary

MedCadre is seeking a qualified Scrub Technician for a day shift position in Jefferson City, MO. The role involves supporting operating room teams, complying with sterile techniques, and being available for mandatory call. Travel assignments are welcome, with no local candidates within 50 miles.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of scrub tech experience, is able to work the 10:30 to 19:00 schedule, and is willing to work weekends and holidays as required by the contract.

Shift: Day (5x8 Hours) 10:30 19:00 Description: Monday thru Friday 1030-1900 plus mandatory call 2 years experience as scrub tech required, 1st time travelers OK No locals within 50 miles.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met with or without reasonable accommodation. The performance of these physical demands is an essential function of the job. This position is very active and requires ambulating, reaching, and moving objects weighing up to and over 20 lbs. This role also routinely comes into contact with patients who may have contagious illnesses. This position is in a health care facility open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Rotating shifts as well as holiday and work during inclement weather will be required.
