Qualifications

• BSN required or enrolled; completion within 2 years of hire.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in all perioperative areas; charge nurse experience required.
• Holds current South Carolina license.
• BL S certification required prior to first clinical shift.
• ACLS and PALS required within 6 months.
• National certification encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Oversee clinical, financial, and personnel management of Perioperative Services 24/7 across OR/ASC/Endo/Pre-op and CSR.
• Serve as a role model for clinical competence and professional behavior.
• Collaborate with staff and other departments to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
• Support quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance; align with organizational core values.
