Webster Outpatient Surgery Center is seeking a Scrub Tech to join our full-time surgical team. The role requires scrubbing for procedures, maintaining a sterile field, and preparing instruments and supplies.
You will support the center's goals and participate in quality improvement activities to ensure safe, efficient patient care. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, completion of a Scrub Technician program, and at least two years of scrub experience in multiple specialties;

The Surgical Technologist scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team. Maintains a sterile field during surgical procedures. Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures. Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center. Supports and participates in quality improvement activities.
