Job summary

Axia Women’s Health in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse for Surgery Scheduling. This full-time, in-office role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. You will schedule office and hospital procedures per provider orders and maintain high customer service standards for patients and staff.

Requirements include one year of RN experience, an accredited nursing degree, Indiana RN license, and CPR certification. Knowledge of CPT coding and eCW is advantageous.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience required.
• Indiana RN license and CPR certification essential.
• OB/GYN experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule office and hospital procedures with provider authorization.
• Coordinate diagnostic tests and imaging to optimize time usage.
• Enter scheduling notes and instructions in EMR accurately.
• Communicate scheduling changes promptly to patients and staff.
• Ensure pre-procedure clearances and testing are completed.
• Provide patient information about tests, prep, and arrival times.
