Job summary

St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking an Administrative Liaison for Albany Memorial Hospital's Outpatient Wound Care, full-time days.

The role provides administrative and secretarial support to specialty practices and physicians, including reception backup and surgical scheduling. The ideal candidate has surgical scheduling experience, an associate degree or 5 years of related experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Surgical scheduling experience required.
• Associate degree in administrative medical Secretary or similar major or 5 years of related experience.
• Familiar with physician's office procedures
• Good oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, excel, graphics.
• HS Diploma / GED Required
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Infusion scheduling
• Administrative support to Physicians and Senior Staff in the Office
• Backup to Registration Associates
• Other duties as assigned.
