• Investigates and resolves any issues involving insurance payors that may or may not provide capitated services.

Position Purpose

Obtains complete patient and insurance information to appropriately schedule patient testing.Interacts daily with physician offices and various departments within the Medical Center to ensure that patients receive services in a timely fashion.

As a Surgical Scheduler, you will:
