Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Surgery Scheduler to join our team in East Norriton, PA. The Surgery Scheduler I is responsible for coordinating the patient’s office and hospital based medical procedures to include: making reservations at the hospital, arranging anesthesia, communicating with PCP offices, coordinating with vendors of surgical devices/implants representatives and surgical assistants, providing the necessary education, instructions and paperwork, and confirming all steps with all parties before the surgery date. This position requires knowledge of insurances and commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as it relates to surgery scheduling.
