Jefferson University Physicians in Philadelphia seeks a Surgical Scheduler to manage in-office scheduling for inpatient and outpatient procedures. The role prioritizes a courteous patient experience and adherence to Jefferson values.
The position requires a HS Diploma or equivalent; prior customer service or patient-facing healthcare experience is preferred. Daily 8am-4:30pm, full-time, in-office work environment with strong HIPAA compliance.
Position will be 100% in office, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
The Surgical Scheduler enhances the patient/customer experience by courteously and professionally scheduling inpatient/outpatient procedures and/or surgeries. The Surgical Scheduler supports delivery of the Jefferson Experience by placing emphasis on the prompt and courteous treatment of all patients.
