Triangle Veterinary Referral Hospital of Holly Springs is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician for the Surgery Service in Holly Springs, NC. The role supports anesthesia for dogs, cats, and occasional exotics within a fast-paced specialty hospital offering 24-hour emergency and surgery services.

The position requires anesthesia expertise, a full-time schedule with on-call duties for surgical procedures across Holly Springs and Durham locations, and collaboration with our surgery team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED equivalent.
• Current RVT in NC or eligible for NC registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide all anesthetic support and phases from sedation through induction, surgery, postoperative, extubation, and recovery.
• Perform various procedures including IV catheter placement and venipuncture using anesthetic monitors and nerve blocks.
• Manage client invoices (PVL) and charge for surgery and anesthesia services.
• Provide exceptional patient care support throughout all phases of anesthesia.
• Maintain accurate medical records including anesthetic records.
