Job summary

Advocate Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the 3CD post-op unit in Milwaukee, WI. This fast-paced surgical unit focuses on Gastroenterology, Urology, Gynecology, and Plastic Surgery populations. Night shifts (1900-0730) are included, with 72 hours per pay period and 3-12 hour shifts weekly.

The RN will coordinate care, follow standards and policies, and participate in shared governance while developing clinical skills and advancing patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state you practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Contribute to safe patient environment and best experience across the care continuum using evidence-based practice.
