Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to support surgeons before, during, and after operative procedures. The RNFA will position patients, assist with visualization, tissue manipulation, hemostasis, and wound closure, and apply evidence-based practices tailored to each patient.

They will ensure safety, communicate with the surgical team, and perform duties as assigned in a fast-paced perioperative setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of an RNFA program or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of RN experience in advanced surgical specialties.
• Current professional licenses/certifications including BLS, RN license, CNOR.

Responsibilities

• Position patients and assist with visualization, tissue manipulation, hemostasis, and wound closure.
• Apply evidence-based practices, ensure safety, and perform additional duties as assigned.
