Job summary

Clinical Management Consultants seeks a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to join a collaborative surgical team in Oregon. This role supports safe, efficient procedures and works closely with surgeons to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualified candidates have an active Oregon RN license, BLS at hire, 9 months RN experience, and 1 year circulating in OR. A BSN is preferred. Schedule is Tuesday through Friday, offering a consistent four-day work week.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active Oregon RN license with BLS at hire.
• 9+ months RN experience and 1 year circulating in OR.
• Completion of OR preceptorship program may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing support throughout the surgical process.
• Assist with procedures and administer medications.
• Document in the EMR and respond to patient condition changes.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare team before, during, and after surgery.
• Educate patients and participate in discharge planning.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and participate in quality improvement activities.
