Qualifications

• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from care team.
• Collaboratively develop and educate patient plan of care with patient and family.
• Coordinate care and delegate tasks to interdisciplinary team while managing resources.
• Evaluate patient response and adjust plan as needed to meet goals and ensure safety.
