Qualifications

• Ability to provide postoperative nursing care on a surgical unit.
• Care for CVADs/PICC lines and wound management.
• Foley catheter care and continuous bladder irrigation (CBI).
• Nasogastric tube insertion and maintenance.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient-centered care on Ball Memorial's adult surgical unit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery.
• Adhere to evidence-based practices and unit policies.
