Job summary

Talley Eye Institute is seeking a surgical retina specialist to start in summer 2028 or sooner. The practice includes multiple retina, cornea, uveitis, and general ophthalmology specialists with a strong referral network and robust surgical volume.

The position offers a partnership track with a buy-in after 18 months, a generous base salary, signing bonus or stipend, and a production bonus with potential net income over $500,000 in the first year.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible retinal surgeon preferred.
• Experience in vitreoretinal surgery and clinical care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform vitreoretinal surgeries including complex procedures.
• Manage a busy retina clinic and assist in OR scheduling.
• Collaborate with ophthalmology team and participate in research/trials when available.
