ETS Vision in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Surgical Retina Specialist to join a physician-led practice with a partnership-track and substantial income potential. The split schedule (Sequim 1 day, Silverdale 3 days) offers surgeries at an ASC with a strong referral base and a lifestyle-friendly location.

Year 1: $400,000; Year 2: $500,000; Year 3: $600,000 plus pre-partnership incentive; sign-on $50,000 with relocation.

Qualifications

• Split schedule: 1 day in Sequim, 3 in Silverdale.
• Surgical retina track with potential for equity and partnership.
• Open to fellows graduating this year and experienced retina surgeons.

Responsibilities

• While surgical retina is the priority, strong medical retina candidates may be considered.
