Surgical Retina Specialist

Our efficient, physician-owned practice located in stunning Central Oregon is looking to add a fellowship trained, board certified/eligible, surgical retinal specialist to our practice. Orion Eye Center is a 5 provider, MD only, multi-specialty practice inclusive of cataract, cornea, glaucoma, medical retina, and surgical retina. This is a unique opportunity to join two busy retinal surgeons and the only clinic offering surgical retina within a three-hour radius. Our physicians enjoy close collaboration with the MDs and ODs in the region and have an exceptional, long-established referral base.

Orion Eye Center is the only practice in Central Oregon that has its own ophthalmic-only ambulatory surgery center. We are an efficient, high-volume clinic that uses state-of-the art imaging and technology to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. Our ASC can accommodate same-day urgent add-ons (from minor procedures to complex vitrectomies and scleral buckles) and is staffed with outstanding, compassionate, highly trained personnel.

Located East of the Cascade Mountain range, Bend boasts a variety of year-round outdoor recreation in a city of about 100,000 people. Central Oregon's high desert climate is mild and dry. In fact, Bend is the sunniest city in the state! A stone's throw away is an endless array of recreational activities including hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, rock climbing, camping, golf, exploring alpine lakes and skiing at the famous Mt.
