Jackson Physician Search is seeking a BE/BC Ophthalmologist for a private practice in Southern Oregon. This established practice offers outpatient ophthalmology with one scheduled surgery day per week, a four-day work week option, and a supportive team of three physicians and two ODs.

The compensation package includes a guaranteed base plus production bonus, a $50,000 buy-in credit, a potential partnership track, full benefits, 401K with profit sharing, tail malpractice coverage, CME allowance,

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible ophthalmologist
• Ophthalmology board certification required or BE/BC status.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient ophthalmology care with a scheduled surgery day.

Compensation Details:

• Earning potential is $800,000K+, Guaranteed Base Salary plus production bonus
• $50,000K Credit Towards Practice Buy-In
• 1-2 year Partnership Track, Buy into the Practice, Real Estate, and ASC
• Full Benefits, plus 401K plan and profit sharing plan, malpractice coverage, plus tail is included. CME allowance and PTO.
• Sign-on Bonus is Negotiable plus paid relocation up to $10,000
