JumpStart Games seeks a perioperative nurse to plan, execute, and evaluate preoperative and postoperative care for ambulatory surgical patients. The role includes preparing the environment, equipment, and supplies for safe patient flow from admission to discharge.

The nurse performs pre-admission assessments, communicates medical history to the anesthesiologist, assists with procedures, monitors PACU patients, administers medications, and delivers post-op instructions to support safe recovery.

Qualifications

• Pre-admission assessment experience
• Communication with anesthesiologist
• Vital signs monitoring and medication administration

Responsabilités

• Plans, executes, and evaluates preoperative and postoperative nursing care for ambulatory surgical patients.
• Prepares environment, equipment and supplies for safe patient flow from admission to discharge.
• Assists in sterile and non-sterile procedures as requested.
• Monitors patient status in PACU and documents progress.
• Provides post-op instructions and ensures follow-up arrangements.
