This full-time role requires a high school diploma, 6 months clinical experience, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 70 pounds. Evening 3-11 shifts with on-call duties and a strong benefits package.

The Surgical Recovery Assistant is a great role to help you get started in your organ transplant career. The SRA works with experienced Surgical Recovery team members to recover and transport organs for transplant. The SRA provides important support to the surgical team, assisting with various tasks such as obtaining biopsies and monitoring organ preservation machines. You play a critical role in ensuring donated organs are made available for the designated recipients. Skilled SRA's will have increasing opportunities for additional roles and responsibilities in the organization.
