SYNERGY PRACTICE GROUP is seeking a qualified Registered Dental Assistant to join a periodontal specialty practice focused on excellence and whole-health care. You will assist during procedures, manage rooms, and support digital workflows in a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate holds an RDA license, Radiology and CPR certifications, with at least 2 years of surgical experience and familiarity with digital workflows.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
• Current Radiology Certification.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Surgical assisting experience preferred - 2 yrs.
• Familiarity with digital workflows preferred.
• Knowledge of CDT dental codes and insurance processes preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist the periodontist during periodontal and dental implant procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and surgical operatories.
• Provide exceptional patient care before, during, and after treatment.
• Take digital radiographs , CBCT, Intra-oral scans and assist with digital workflows.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards.
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans and post-operative care.
• Monitor inventory levels and place supply orders as needed.
• Support care for medically compromised patients.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative office culture.
