Qualifications

• BSN or health-related degree required; MSN preferred.
• Current Michigan RN license.
• 3–5 years in quality improvement.
• 3–5 years caring for surgical patients.
• Knowledge of surgical patient populations and project management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement annual quality improvement plan and updates.
• Prepare committee agendas and track follow-ups.
• Audit and analyze quality issues; develop detailed work plans.
• Ensure incentive programs meet data submission and quality indicators.
• Educate colleagues on best practices for key populations.
• Respond to data requests following release protocols.
• Develop reports and perform basic statistical analysis.
• Maintain knowledge of current trends in quality improvement.
