TriStar Horizon Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Surgical Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Dickson, Tennessee. You will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and the care team, following established nursing models and organizational values.

Responsibilities include admission assessments, medication administration, thorough documentation, and patient education for families. A RN license, ADN, and 1 year RN experience are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license and active credential.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying changes and reporting promptly.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor responses, and document care in the medical record.
• Provide timely, compassionate care and respond to patient requests.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow-up steps.
