The role requires an RN with an Associate Degree and at least 1 year of RN experience, in a collaborative hospital environment with opportunities for professional development and patient outcomes improvement.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an Associate Degree in Nursing.
• 1 year of RN experience required.
• Delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care per standards of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift, report changes.
• Administer medications and document care in medical records.
• Provide prompt, compassionate care and respond to patient requests.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment plan, medications and follow-up.
