Job summary

ap-md is currently seeking a Full-Time Clinical Lab Tech for the Surgical Pathology Lab in New York, NY. Responsibilities include cutting and embedding pathology specimens, ensuring accurate labeling and distribution of slides, and performing routine lab work while maintaining quality control standards.

Applicants should hold an active New York license, possess at least 2 years of lab experience, and preferably a Bachelor's degree in physical science or medical technology. Responsibilities

• Cut Pathology specimens on rotary microtome.
• Embed specimens to view all layers.
• Label and sign out slides to assure accurate distribution of cases.
• Perform routine work and maintain quality control.
