Responsibilities

• Assists surgeon during surgical procedures as first assistant.

• Develops and implements patient management plans and coordinates referrals.
• Orders and interprets laboratory and imaging studies; manages medications.
• Pre/postoperative care coordination and documentation; ensure continuity of care.
• Mentors new PAs and participates in quality improvement initiatives.
