Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with policies and nursing process.
• Assesses patients, documents findings, and reports changes to the care team.
• Administers medications, monitors for side effects, and documents administration.
• Assists physicians during procedures within documented competency.
• Develops and updates individualized care plans with the team.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in CPR and code team activities.
• Ensures patient education and adherence to post-discharge instructions.
• Maintains infection control and safety standards in care delivery.
• Operates medical equipment and ensures patient safety throughout care.
