Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona.
• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Assesses patients and documents findings; reports changes.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency.
• Develops and evaluates care plans with the team.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR.
• Educates patients and families on conditions and discharge plans.
• Maintains infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Documents care thoroughly in medical records.
• Engages in performance improvement initiatives.
• Scrubs in for surgeries and maintains a sterile environment.
