Job summary

Beverly Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse in Surgical Services to provide perioperative care for patients undergoing operative and invasive procedures.

The role requires a BSN, MA RN license, BLS, and CNOR preferred, with 1–2 years OR experience or PeriOp 101. This is a full-time position with 40 hours weekly and rotation to off shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred for this role.
• Current MA RN license is required.
• BLS certification is required for all staff.
• CNOR certification is preferred.
• 1–2 years operating room experience or completion of PeriOp 101 program.

Responsibilities

• Administer perioperative nursing care according to hospital policies and standards.
• Follow preoperative and intraoperative procedures in collaboration with the OR team.
• On-call duties, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Coordinate patient care to ensure safety, efficiency, and patient advocacy in the OR.
• Support and supervise ancillary staff to maintain unit flow and quality care.
