Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Meets mandatory competency requirements for Baptist Health/Orlando Health.
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification required; ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC may be required for certain areas.
• 1 year of RN experience preferred unless AVP level or higher approves.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing care for patients needing complex assessments and high-level interventions.
• Monitor and manage specialized equipment and cardiac monitors with data interpretation.
• Respond to life-saving situations per nursing standards and protocol.
• Document care accurately and in line with regulatory standards.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance per hospital policies.
