Incredible Health is hiring an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN) for the Washington, DC area. The role covers direct patient care before, during, and after surgery, maintaining aseptic conditions, and assisting in intra-operative care.

Qualifications include ADN or higher nursing degree and an active RN license; 1+ year OR experience is preferred, with ACLS/PALS certifications preferred and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Competenze

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years of OR or surgical experience preferred.
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
• Experience with aseptic/sterile techniques.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery.
• Maintain an aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room.
• Assist in intra-operative nursing and technical duties as assigned.
• Monitor vital signs and physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and families about the procedure and postoperative care.
