Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care in our acute care setting. The RN is accountable to the Ohio Board of Nursing and delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs as per policy.

This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care for assigned patients within a 24/7/365 department. Minimum qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Nursing and a current Ohio RN license (or multi-state compact).

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Current RN license in Ohio or multi-state compact.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and plan patient care; document care plans.
• Provide nursing care across the continuum in diverse acute care settings.
• Lead and collaborate with the care team to achieve quality and safety goals.
• Participate in process improvement and uphold high reliability standards.
• Support operations and patient safety within the Surgery Main department.
