Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care as part of the interdisciplinary team to diverse, complex patients.
• Direct and oversee care through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination.
• Coordinate patient care/unit activities among nursing peers, physicians, and support services.
• Deliver nursing practices per evidence-based research and standards of care.
• Document nursing assessments, plans, interventions, and evaluations in real time.
• Administer medications with bar-scanning and safe delivery practices.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary discharges for safe transitions.
