Job summary

Incredible Health in Temecula, CA is actively hiring an Operating Room/Surgical Nurse (RN) to support diverse surgical services. Shifts include day, night, and mid shifts; full-time, part-time, and per diem roles are available.

The role requires RN licensure and OR experience, with ACLS/PALS preferred. The position offers competitive benefits, retirement options, tuition assistance, PTO, and a sign-on bonus may be available.

Qualifications

ADN or higher degree in nursing.
Active and unencumbered RN license.
1+ years of OR/surgical experience preferred.
ACLS, PALS certification preferred.
Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration with staff, physicians, patients and families.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery in accordance with AORN standards.
Maintain an aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room.
Assist in the intra-operative care of the patient by performing nursing and technical duties as assigned.
Monitor patients' vital signs and other physiological parameters during surgery.
Communicate with patients and their families about the surgical procedure and postoperative care.
