Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation in Memphis seeks an experienced RN to provide direct and indirect patient care within the assigned unit. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver high-quality nursing care, educate patients, and uphold patient rights and autonomy.

Requirements include one year of nursing experience, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.

Formación

• One year of nursing experience.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN; BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS/PALS specialty certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients based on medical condition.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor effects.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan care.
