Job summary

You will join a team led by unit management, with an emphasis on evidence-based practice, education, and professional growth, offering new graduate residency and extensive onboarding support.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited ASN or BSN program.
• Must have Indiana RN license.
• Previous RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the physician or manager to determine needs of patients.
• Completes routine physical assessments using standard skills.
• Contributes to the plan of care for predefined patient problems.
• Respects patients' rights, including informed consent and privacy.
