Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with department standards and practice regulations. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, compassionate care following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.

What you will do in this role:

  • Assess patient conditions during admission and each shift, promptly reporting any changes.
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, and other functions as ordered, ensuring thorough documentation.
  • Administer prescribed medications, monitor responses, and respond to adverse reactions.
  • Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, medications, side effects, and follow-up care, translating complex information clearly.
Qualifications needed:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Registered Nurse licensure.
  • Educational qualifications: Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree, or RN Diploma.
