Job summary

HCA HealthONE is seeking a Patient Care Technician - Rehab to join the Sky Ridge team in Colorado. You will support Registered Nurses, assist with vital signs, mobility, and personal care, and help create a safe, welcoming patient environment.

Your focus will be on teamwork, empathy, and precise care to restore comfort and dignity, contributing to the hospital’s mission through hands-on support and patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (CNA) Certified Nursing Assistant
• High School Graduate / GED

Responsibilities

• Assisting with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth care and recovery
• Providing non-medicated care such as dressing changes, skin protection, and use of supportive devices
• Keeping patient areas and common spaces clean, organized, and stocked to maintain safety and efficiency
• Managing supplies, equipment, and logs to support infection control and team readiness
• Communicating kindly with patients, families, and the care team to support safety and quality
