Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Independently or with others recruit and enroll research subjects onto clinical studies according to protocols.
• Check eligibility criteria with medical records and verify information with staff.
• Discuss informed consent and assist with scheduling appointments and follow-up tests.
• Learn protocols and monitor adherence, escalate issues to PI or nurse, begin to resolve problems.
• Extract data from records to complete case report forms and enter into databases.
• Assist staff with insurance approvals and scheduling tests or admissions.
• Assist investigator with correspondence with IRB.
• May perform duties related to clinical research studies as needed.
