Job summary

Cancer Care Northwest is seeking a fellowship-trained breast surgeon or a general surgeon with a passion for developing a breast surgery practice in Spokane, Washington. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package, guaranteed base salary with productivity-based incentives, and a sign-on/relocation package.

Clinics involve two days of patient care and two days in the operating room, with a flexible fifth day.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained breast surgeon or a qualified general surgeon with an interest in building a breast surgery practice.
• Washington MD license and completion of Breast Surgical Oncology Fellowship required.
• Experience in oncology care and surgical oncology is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Practice in clinic two days a week and in surgery two days a week; fifth day varies for surgical, clinical, or administrative duties.
• Participate in weekly tumor boards and clinical trial opportunities.

A premiere multi-disciplinary cancer center in the beautiful mountainous Pacific Northwest is ideally seeking a fellowship trained breast surgeon or a qualified general surgeon with an interest in building a breast surgery practice.

Join a team of over 30 providers, a mix of medical, surgical, and radiation oncologists along with specialized advanced practice providers. This position is located in Spokane, Washington, known for its affordability, great schools, light traffic and abundance of activities for all stages of life.

The Opportunity

• Surgeons typically practice in clinic 2 days a week and in surgery 2 days a week. The 5th day is used variably as either surgical, catch up clinical or administration day.

Base Salary DOE - $350,000 - $450,000

PLUS - This position includes eligibility for production pay in addition to base salary
