Overview

The Clinical Tech works under the supervision of the RN/LPN. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care and maintaining patient care standards. The tech must demonstrate the ability to work with people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, organize, set priorities, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

License, Certification, and/or Registration: Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required. Certification must be from a state-approved program.

Experience: Previous patient care experience preferred.

Additional Skills/Abilities: Ability to communicate in English with diverse socio-economic backgrounds, work under stress, adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and maintain BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
