Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience as NP or PA.
• Physician Assistant National Certificate required at time of hire.
• Graduate of PA program or RN/NP pathway.
• NP: Masters in nursing.
• License: CA NP license, NP Furnishing Number, RN license.
• PA National Certificate, BLS, NPI.
• DEA registration within 12 months if hired.
• ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and develop diagnoses.
• Develop and implement management plans.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Maintain patient records per policy.
• Comply with Kaiser Permanente codes and regulations.

Graduate of an approved Physician Assistant Program

Graduate of an accredited RN and NP Program
