Job summary

Neuro Pathway, LLC is seeking a Surgical Neurophysiologist (IONM) to lead multimodality monitoring in complex spine, cranial, ENT, and vascular cases across Texas hospitals.

The role requires calm decision-making and in-depth IONM expertise, with CNIM preferred. You will collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams, often early mornings with regional travel, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of independent IONM experience.
• Proficiency in multimodality monitoring (SSEP, TcMEP, EMG, BAEP, cranial nerve monitoring).
• CNIM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently run multimodality IONM across spine, craniotomy, ENT, and vascular cases.
• Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment in real time.
• Spot significant waveform changes and communicate them to surgical teams.
• Document findings accurately and per protocol.
• Collaborate with remote or on-site neurologists for oversight.
• Mentor junior technologists and support clinical education.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• CNIM certification (preferred)
• 2+ years of independent IONM experience (preferred)Proficiency in multiple modalities, including SSEPs, EMG, and MEPs
• Strong communication and decision-making in the OR
• Adaptability across different hospitals, teams, and workflows
