Qualifications

Position Summary

We are seeking an experiencedCNIM-certified Surgical Neurophysiologistto join our growing clinical team. This role requires independent intraoperative monitoring across a variety of surgical procedures, including spine, craniotomy, ENT, and vascular cases. Candidates must be confident in managing complex cases and collaborating directly with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and supervising neurologists.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently perform multimodality IONM (SSEP,TcMEP, EMG, BAEP, cranial nerve monitoring, etc.)
• Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot monitoring equipment in real time
• Identifyand communicate significant waveform changes to surgical and anesthesia teams
• Document case findings accurately and in compliance with protocols
• Collaborate with remote or on-site neurologists for case oversight
• Mentor junior technologists as needed and support clinical education initiatives
