NBSTSA, a privately held intraoperative neuromonitoring practice in the San Francisco Bay Area, seeks Surgical Neurophysiologists for full‑time and part‑time opportunities. You will work with top spine, ENT, and neurovascular surgeons in a collaborative operating room environment where patient outcomes come first.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of IONM experience, CNIM or CNIM eligible, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Our preferred practitioner brings a minimum of two (2) years IONM experience (CNIM or CNIM eligible required) with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of surgical spine, ENT, and neurovascular procedures. We are looking for an enthusiastic surgical neurophysiologist with excellent team skills, creative troubleshooting, and a curiosity to learn a higher standard of patient care. We work alongside world-renowned surgeons and have exposure to a variety of cases in both teaching and private hospitals.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year based on education and experience.
