Job summary

META Dynamic, Inc. is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide real-time intraoperative support using image-guided navigation across neurosurgery, spine, and ENT.

The role requires strong clinical and technical judgment and the ability to collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, and radiology teams. The position involves early start times, travel between facilities, and flexibility to adapt to changing surgical schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical/operating room experience.
• Experience in surgical environments, medical devices, or clinical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative navigation support during complex surgical procedures.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency of image-guided systems.
• Perform preoperative case preparation, including loading and validating MRI/CT imaging and supporting surgical planning.
• Serve as a clinical and technical expert to surgeons and OR staff, offering real-time problem-solving and guidance during procedures.
• Coordinate with Radiology to ensure accurate imaging protocols and scan quality.
• Train and educate physicians and hospital personnel on navigation system utilization and best practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships and driving utilization growth.
• Communicate case outcomes, system performance, and customer feedback to internal leadership.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained, calibrated, and compliant with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness for case coverage, including early mornings, extended hours, and schedule variability.
• Support coverage across multiple facilities as needed.
