Job summary

META Dynamic, Inc. is seeking a Surgical Navigation Clinical Specialist to provide real-time intraoperative support across neurosurgery, spine, and ENT procedures in the Utah/Idaho territory.

You will load and review MRI/CT scans, assist with planning, and work with OR teams to optimize navigation performance. The role requires a clinical background, strong imaging know-how, and the ability to travel between facilities with early starts and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical/operating room experience.
• Experience in surgical environments, medical devices, or clinical support preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with medical imaging and navigation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative navigation support during complex surgical procedures.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency of image-guided systems.
• Perform preoperative case preparation, including loading and validating MRI and CT imaging and supporting surgical planning.
• Train physicians and hospital staff on navigation system usage.
